Downloaded SDK

If you dowload the SDK from a USB stick, here is the instructions to install the CLI from it.

1. Open the terminal and navigate to the SDK directory and run the following command to install the CLI:

   npm i
   

2. Navigate to chain-cli directory and run the following command to build the CLI:

   npm run build
   

3. Run the following command to install the CLI:

   npm link --force
   

4. Check the CLI:

   galachain --help
